I feel shit. I look shit. I am shit. But I’m trying. I’m trying to be happy, to be present but it’s really fucking hard. I wasn’t sure I wanted to even post this but I need to get out of my own head for 5 minutes. Today has been tough. I knew I was in for a bad day today. Yesterday I was in a ridiculously good mood and I was waiting for the come down. This is what used to happen to me before starting antidepressants and now I’m weaning off them to start different ones the symptoms are back. The mood swings, the temper and feeling so useless and insignificant. It’s all back and I wish it would just leave me alone. I don’t want to feel like this. I see the strain it puts on other people. I watch them walk on egg shells around me and I hate it. I just want to be normal. #depressionisabitch #withdrawl #iwanttobebetter
